Be A Builder.

Criticism breaks down the inner spirit, it is worse than poison to the soul. Praise builds it up. Praise others and yourself as much as you can. Instead of being critical and dwelling on blame and pity, a better option is being approving of all experiences - learn from everything. Be open to the lesson and allowing others in your life to learn as well. Live the kind of life that allows room for mistakes.
