Be Like The Wind

Go as far as you can go, then go farther. There are road blocks and people that will try to stop everything you dream about or even think about, there are those who strive to create nothing but pot holes and blizzards so you can stuck, stop full stop, and hide inside yourself, I am kinda really tired of those who believe they know whats best for you and me, I am kinda really over anyone ever thinking they have any real power to control us.

The free mind is a dangerous weapon and the free heart knows no boundaries and poses the ultimate threat but only to those who want us to think, speak and be what is easiest for them to accept. When you live free from expectations and the need for approval, your life becomes like the wind and no one person can ever truly capture it, mold it, or even try to grasp it. Some will get knocked down by you but because you aimed to hurt them on purpose but because they like standing still, and others will ride your subtle breeze until they themselves are free, many will set sail on your wind because your life and choices inspired them to leave the shores of safety but then there will be those who curse you and become upset at how mighty your gust really is, and you my free soul must learn to let go and look past the reactions. You must mind your own business and stay true to the light that fills you up, build the kind of courage that pushes you through the worst fears, unshakable faith and knowing that giving up is just not an option, and you my sweet soul are just too important to stop and analyze anyone's opinion of you, you must learn to pat your own self on the back and plant your own garden of rewards and love, leave all attachments to anything behind knowing deeply those who are meant to stand by your side will embrace your winds instead of trying to change it. ~Will "Story" Rivera
