I would reach out to the stars and the heavens up above or to the core of earth or the top of the highest mountains if it meant I could touch your heart in some way, if it meant I could inspire you just for a moment, if I could just show you the light that dwells within you, to be able to encourage the love within our hearts and the faith of the most courageous of us - that same energy that you at one point used to believe in but somehow became discouraged or maybe you chose to grow up, like the child untainted and pure the look in their eyes and dedication to unconditional love lives within us all, that natural inclination to forgive so easily and live lightheartedly, if I could just ignite that flame once more, if you could just take one true glance in my eyes and see what I see when my soul holds yours in my loving heart, I wish you would just forget about all that pain and discouragement, I would erase every disappointment if I could, I would heal every wound, I would help you to start fresh here and now and learn to give your love so freely that no experience that ever occurred could ever rob you of your true essence ever again.
