Everyday for the next year I will be posting a new Inspirational Rule to consider living by. I hope you enjoy. Rule #131 2/24/16 Be Graceful. Be Better - Not Bitter. Ending a relationship is a complicated process, one which both parties are entitled to their own choices and decisions. It is not for us to judge or try to make sense of someone else’s actions. It is not for us to linger onto the past in despair or grow bitter in all the ways we could have done things differently. All relationships are created for us to learn from them, to see the dynamics of ourselves when put into an intimate circumstance, to understand what it is we truly want from ourselves as a person. It is never just one persons fault, we always have the choice of staying or leaving. Taking responsibility for our self is the first step onto moving on, when we waste energy focusing on the emotional pain we draw less and less energy from actually seeing clearly what we can do to become a better person from it, so that we can journey more confidently into the next chapter of our lives, being grateful for the experience, knowing that we grew spiritually through love. ~Will "Story" Rivera
Everyday for the next year I will be posting a new Inspirational Rule to consider living by. I hope you enjoy. Rule #130 2/23/16 Let Your Friendships Be Unbinding. As we grow spiritually we come to see through our experiences we don't always get to see or speak with those who we were once close too. I have come to learn that growing apart doesn't have to be painful, I've learned that if my love was true and unbinding, then that meant that my support should always be there for that person, not just when we were close but even during the times that they chose a different road to travel down. Friendship is not about how much you hang out or how often you speak, friendship is us being there for someone else when we can, within our means, with no explanations needed - its an absolute knowing of a bond that's created, that needs no proof that it exists - it's a gift not a contract. We are always evolving, it's inevitable, chances are as we grow spiritually we will see less and less of the individuals we were once close with, not because anyone is being mean, not because the love and respect is any less - but merely because we no longer share those common interests anymore, we begin to attract the type of energy that best fits the path we are on, see the universe is always sending us what we need to push us forward, to encourage our inner growth, so if someone isn't in your life the way they used to be, don't take it to the heart, it's not because they don't love and care for you, it's because you both are on a different journey now, so wish them well and give them love, be brave moving forward, have faith that new friendships await and new adventures and interests are coming, always remember the love we gave away is never ever wasted. ~Will "Story" Rivera  Everyday for the next year I will be posting a new Inspirational Rule to consider living by. To Whom It May Concern, I say this to you - before you make that irreversible decision, you are irreplaceable and I know that what you are feeling right now and it feels like it will never end, it will never pass, I know how much you doubt your importance to this world and your importance to yourself. I have been below the surface and reached the core of rock bottom; I have seen the depth of despair and hopelessness and held it by its hand like a mother trying to keep her child safe. I know the burn of loss and rejection and feeling like the most unloved human who is so deserving of forever, someone who has served this world with kindness and a gentle touch of compassion and often times was ripped apart for being so dam good, being so dam bright, being so dam generous. I know what giving up feels like; I’ve tasted that sweet poison more often than most know. If I could say anything to you I would tell you don't settle, don't accept that this is it and that there is no hope for life to get better, and don’t ever believe for one second that these things are happening as punishment. If I could say anything, anything that will get through to you, I would tell you that YOU are beautiful, genuinely and thoroughly beautiful, you are a perfect painting of love and light and laughter. If only you could see half of what I see in you, then you too would be convinced of what a rare soul you are. You are courageous, so much stronger than I, so much stronger than you believe to be. Your strength is limitless. The struggles you have overcome and emotional battles won are proof of your strength, proof of how far your love goes - proof of your courageousness. I would tell you I LOVE YOU, I love you unconditionally and I love you like I have nothing to lose and everything to gain by loving you. If you doubt for one second that this was not written for you, you are so wrong because just by reading this you are confirming that you are the soul I have in mind. I would tell you, you are special, so special and unique that your presence in this world is precious and sacred. So special that others are scared to be around you because they too know of your amazing qualities and are so threatened by you and your capabilities that they do nothing but put you down because to see you fly would mean to accept that all things are truly possible. I would tell you there is faith, I promise, I truly promise if you hold faith and let go of your fears things will change from this moment until forever. I would tell you there is so much more to this life than what you are experiencing right now. I would look so deeply into your eyes, and smile, in my eyes and in my smile you will feel the genuine warmth and love that I feel for you, there would be no question, no doubt, that I truly love and believe in you, there is nothing in this world that can rob you of your inner light, if I could give my life just so that you could truly understand just how special you are. - I would. I just need you to stay. I need you. The world needs you. Rule #128 2/21/16 Be A Builder. Criticism breaks down the inner spirit, it is worse than poison to the soul. Praise builds it up. Praise others and yourself as much as you can. Instead of being critical and dwelling on blame and pity, a better option is being approving of all experiences - learn from everything. Be open to the lesson and allowing others in your life to learn as well. Live the kind of life that allows room for mistakes.

Find a way to make a difference, even a small difference, and your life will feel purposeful.
